TREASURER
Looks after all the financial affairs of the Branch, which are audited once a year by the Branch Auditor. The majority of financial decisions are taken by the Executive Committee, although in emergencies the Treasurer has the authority to liaise with the Chair and Secretary to purchase something, which is approved later by the Executive Committee.

MINUTES SECRETARY
Records the meetings of the Executive Committee and General Meetings.
This position can be combined with that of Assistant Secretary.
